This is our proud standard course, featuring an abundance of seasonal organic vegetables and fresh fish and meat sourced that day. Starting with an appetizer, the course includes starters such as fish paste and yuba (tofu skin) from Yawatahama, Ehime, sashimi of specially selected fresh fish, grilled fish, meat dishes, and fried dishes, allowing you to fully enjoy the flavors of the season. A total of 9 dishes are included, including the final meal and dessert.It's perfect for a wide range of occasions, from meals with friends and dates to small gatherings and parties!
